This a powerful mini PC, I bought it as my main desktop computer. morefine's customer service is great, I had a minor issue with the software, contacted the support and they quickly resolved it. For vast majority of people I think it packs more than enough power. Go for it.

I might use it as a spare but when you are running 4 workstations all tethered together by Remote Desktop or SSH this is a perfect companion to your flagship that leads your LAN. Compact, handles data intensive processes without heat lag. I am impressed and considering another as my pfsense stand alone machine. Worth the money without question.

I ordered the 7840HS 32GB version. I wanted to see if it would run MS Flight Simulator 2020, which I have been running on a high-powered Lenovo gaming laptop. I really did not expect it to cut the mustard, and figured I would return it if it didn't. Well, I couldn't have been more surprised! Flight Simulator runs very smoothly on this little thing at 1080p with medium-high settings, and best of all, no stuttering! It makes a very nice second rig for me! Couldn't have been more pleased!

Since I gave my MacBook Pro to my daughter who recently started college, I wanted to get a desktop that I could do some graphics intensive work and play on, running newer video games as well as Fusion 360 software.I did a lot of research and found that the best price point to performance that I could find for my needs was going to be a Nucbox.I started with buying a 'used/refurbished' K5 which didn't work and had to be returned. Then immediately spent the extra $30 to get a new unit. This unit runs Fusion 360 and Helldivers 2 flawlessly for me, which was a pleasant surprise.
