What devices are compatible with the G1?

G1 is compatible with computers, laptops or handhelds with Windows, but not with Linux/Mac OS.

Can I use the official driver for G1?

The G1 4060 can use the official driver, but the G1 4080M/4090M cannot use the official driver, and the official app cannot be used to update the driver. For more information, please contact MOREFINE support.

What is the correct way to connect the G1 to a device when I use a thunderbolt module?

First, start your computer, then connect the computer and G1 using a Thunderbolt data cable, and finally start the G1. Note: The computer may not recognize the G1 immediately when using it for the first time. If the device manager does not read the G1, please restart your computer.

G1 RTX4090M egpu great product and great customer service

I just received my G1 RTX4090M egpu on August 4th! One needs to expect 1 month from ordering to delivery. What I am MOST impressed with is the MOREFINE team! Yes the product was way smaller than I expected. Great built quality from a brand here in US not familiar with. But their customer service was extremely excellent! Yes one must bear in mind the time difference as they are in China. But never the less they respond to any email questions you may have as it relates to their product the G1. I would buy from them again!!! AAA+++

Still breaking in the G1, will start benchmarking this weekend and play some games. Cannot wait!

Powerful device with great portability
I'm really happy with the 4090m version of this eGPU. It's incredibly powerful and perfect for my Blender rendering tasks. While the drivers could be updated more often, it still meets my expectations. I also love how small and compact it is, making it super convenient to carry around.
