Order Processing Times
For In–stock orders, it will be processed within 12 hours during working days. Packages will be handed over to logistic companies within 2-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the package has shipped, typically in 1-2 business days.
When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email or text message.

*During the free shipping period, we choose the appropriate logistics company to deliver the goods according to the logistics policy. If you have time requirements, you can contact us to replace the faster shipping method, but you need to bear the corresponding shipping cost.
For customers from the UK, some EU countries and Asian countries, MOREFINE will bear the tax, and buyers do not need to pay taxes when receiving the goods. Please contact MOREFINE support for details.
Recommendations for shipping valuables
For high-value goods (single product value exceeds $500), we strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If the package is damaged, lost or stolen during transportation, the insurance company will compensate in full. The insurance fee is 2% of the order amount, which can be added by ticking at checkout.
If the package is damaged, lost or stolen and you need to apply for a transportation insurance claim, you usually need to provide the following documents. Please contact hi@morefine.com to provide the documents:
1. Package Damage
Damaged package photos: clearly show the outer packaging and product damage (multiple angles are required to show the waybill number and damage details)
Receipt certificate: such as logistics receipt (marked "damaged" is better) or courier company's damage certificate.

2. Package Loss
Proof of loss issued by the logistics company: requires official stamp or email confirmation, clearly stating that the package has been lost
Logistics tracking record: screenshot showing the stagnation or abnormal status of the package (such as no update for a long time or showing "abnormal")

3. Package Theft
Police report certificate: Some insurance companies require the provision of local police report records (must include case number, description of theft)
On-site photos or surveillance videos (if any): such as evidence that the package was taken away at the door.

If the courier cannot be delivered due to failure to inform in advance, the secondary delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
