Undamaged products can only be refunded within 7 days of the date of you receiving the product. If the product received more than 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Once we receive the returned item, the refund process will begin.

- Description of good return: The MOREFINE parcel cannot be rejected and returned directly due to the transport . If the goods cannot be received, rejected or returned due to reasons of the consignee, the goods will be automatically destroyed. All the losses shall be borne by the consignee.
If the consignee wants to return the goods, the consignee needs to contact MOREFINE customer service to obtain the return address and information after signing for the goods, and then send the goods to China by courier as required. After providing the tracking information, we can apply for the return of goods. If there is no problem after the return inspection, we can refund the goods. If the products are used or damaged, we will collect the fees according to the situation.
If the consignee refuses to accept or cannot contact the consignee, the goods cannot be automatically returned and MOREFINE cannot receive the goods and be refunded! In order to avoid the goods will be destroyed, please check the tracking information in time, keep your mobile phone unblocked, and contact the courier company as soon as possible.
Warranty for Quality-Related IssuesWe will take care of all quality-related issues in our warranty period. After the inspection and confirmation by our after-sales staff, we provide repair services for non-human damage issues.
